With 111 mobile home lots nestled on wooded lots, just minutes from the interstate and a host of local area shopping and restaurants, Kosmo Village Mobile Home Park is the perfect place to call home.  All of the homes in our park are privately owned on rented lots.  Monthly lot rental is $350 and includes water, sewer, and trash collection.  Our area does have high-speed broadband internet, digital phone, and cable services available from local providers.

If you are interested in joining our community, please note that all individuals over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must complete our application process.  There is a $25 application fee, per person, to cover the cost of both a credit and criminal background search.  Links to a list of Application Criteria as well as the applications themselves can be found below.  You may print, complete, and return the applications to our office during normal business hours along with the appropriate application fee(s) in the form of cash, money order, or cashier's check.  No personal checks are accepted for application fee payments.  Please note that applications are processed during normal business hours and may take 1-2 days to be completed.  The application process must be completed prior to the purchase (or rental) of any home located within the park.
