We are currently accepting single-wide
mobile homes
up to 76' in length and less than 10-years-old.
Monthly lot rental is $350 and includes
water, sewer, and trash collection services.
All individuals over the age of 18,
who will reside in the home,
must undergo a credit and
criminal background search.
The application fee is $25 per person.
