Qualified Buyers:
Financing may be available through an
independent finance company (application available through our office).
Qualified buyers must complete the application process with our office for each
individual over the age of 18 who will be living in
the home. There is a $25
application fee, per person, to cover the cost of both a credit and criminal
background search. Links to a list of Application Criteria as well as
the applications themselves can be found here. You may print,
complete, and return the applications to our office during normal business
hours along with the appropriate application fee(s) in the form of cash,
money order, or cashier's check. No personal checks are accepted
for application fee payments. Please note that applications are
processed during normal business hours and may take 1-2 days to be
completed. The application process must be completed prior to the
purchase (or rental) of any home located within the park.
