Resident Connection
The primary focus for the Management Team at Kosmo Village is to provide our residents with a community that is appealing, secure and enjoyable. We make every effort to be responsive to the needs of each resident and the community as a whole. We search continually for ways to improve our park so that we can retain and attract new residents. By virtue of our management style, we strive to have each resident know how much they are appreciated.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality has issued
an open
burn ban effective immediately!
This ban will be in effect through September 30, 2008.
No open burning
will be allowed.
Charcoal, propane and fire pits are permitted for cooking purposes only.
These grills must be used with the proper fuels.
